Amy Zhong is a seasoned UX Research Expert with extensive experience in leading strategic research initiatives, particularly within procurement solutions at SAP since April 2017. Prior roles include Senior User Experience Researcher for the Supply Chain Collaboration product at Ariba Network, and User Experience Researcher at Alibaba.com, where market and user research informed business strategies. Additional experience includes conducting user research for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as internships focused on user experience and technical writing at organizations such as Hive 6 (now QikSpace), Microsoft, JDS Uniphase, and Agilent Technologies. Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
