Arvin Chiu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical analysis and support within major companies. Starting as an IBM Consultant in 2006, Arvin delivered managed IT services for enterprise clients. From 2007 to 2020, Arvin held various roles at SAP, including Principal Support Engineer, where responsibilities included addressing critical issues related to SAP System upgrades and migrations, improving customer satisfaction, and leading process improvement initiatives.
