Balaji Gaddam

Balaji Gaddam has over 24 years of experience in digital transformation and supply chain management at SAP, currently serving as Vice President and Head of CoE North America. In this role, Balaji accelerates digital transformation for SAP MaxAttention customers through SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and Business AI. Balaji's previous positions include leading digital supply chain and IoT projects, serving as Chief Solutions Architect for high-profile clients like Apple, Nike, and Micron, and contributing to the development of supply chain strategies and successful SCM solutions. Balaji holds an M.E. in Electronics from Madras Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from Sri Venkateswara University.
