Brooks Roland

Brooks Roland, CPP, is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in corporate security and investigations. Since August 2016, Brooks has served as the Global Head of Corporate Security Investigations and Global Head of Operations Physical Security at SAP, where responsibilities include overseeing the physical safety and security of employees and assets, developing security standards, and conducting risk assessments. Prior to this, Brooks held positions such as the Americas Head of Global Physical Security and Global Security Manager at XPO Logistics, managing security operations across multiple locations and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Budget Fuel, Police Officer for the City of Lewisville and City of Plano, Officer Security Forces in the United States Air Force, and Security and Operations Manager at National Rent to Buy. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
