Burton Smallwood

Burton Smallwood has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership positions at several prominent companies. Previously, Burton worked at Campbell Soup Company as the Director of Human Resources for Campbell Sales Company and held roles at Pfizer Inc as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. Additionally, Burton held multiple senior positions at J.P. Morgan, including VP of Senior HR Business Partner and VP of Senior Compensation Manager.
