Caitie Sullivan

Caitie Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, program management, and operations within the technology and education sectors. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at frog, Caitie progressed through various roles, including Regional Site Coordinator at Reading Partners, where literacy programs were designed for large groups of students and tutors. At SAP, Caitie served as a Program Consultant, Program Manager, and ultimately as Director of Programs and Operations, leading initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and talent retention. Currently, as Global Director of SAP Development Learning, Caitie oversees strategic operations and communications, focusing on skill transformation across the organization. Caitie holds a B.A. in Psychology & Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
