Christiane Bauer is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning IT consulting, coaching, and education. They served as an SAP IT Consultant and later as an SAP Leader managing international teams from 1998 to 2001. From 2012 to 2021, Christiane worked as a Systemic Coach while concurrently establishing their role as a Design Thinking Coach in 2016. Currently, they are the Founder of SAP Young Thinkers and Vice President of University Alliances Programs at SAP, where they continue to foster innovation and community engagement. Christiane holds dual Master's degrees in Science and Laws from Heidelberg University and is pursuing further education as a Systemic Coach at Dehner Academy.
