Ci'en X. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding and content strategy. Currently serving as Director of Global Employer Branding Strategy at SAP since January 2018, Ci'en leads initiatives to enhance the organization's employer brand globally. Previous roles at SAP include Director for Global Employer Branding and Early Career Talent, and Senior Manager for APJ Greater China, where Ci'en focused on attracting early career talent and supporting regional hiring campaigns. Prior to joining SAP, Ci'en worked as a Content Strategist for BBC Global News, delivering content solutions across various platforms, and has held strategic roles at SapientNitro overseeing global digital content strategy for major brands. Early career experience includes a position as Deputy Editor for August Man magazine in Singapore. Ci'en holds an LLB in Law from the University of Bristol.
