Derek Brown

Derek Brown is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing operations, strategic planning, and financial analysis, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Marketing Operations at SAP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Derek was the Founder and CEO of SIXTOP Collective LLC and held senior leadership positions at HomeLight, SAP Concur, Satmetrix Systems, and ICR, where significant contributions included transforming company culture and implementing data-driven decision-making frameworks. Derek has also excelled in investment analysis and strategic communications in earlier roles at LoopNet, Cantor Fitzgerald, Pacific Growth Equities, and WR Hambrecht + Co. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley.
