Doug Leonard

Doug Leonard is an experienced leader and individual contributor currently serving as the Global Financial Controlling Manager at SAP, where they lead a multi-national team responsible for financial planning across the Customer Success organization. Previously, they have held various roles at Boeing, including Strategic Planning Analyst and Quality & Manufacturing Strategic Execution Manager, where they implemented strategic initiatives for aircraft manufacturing facilities. Doug also has management experience in retail and spa operations and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for Hedgerow Theatre Company. They hold an MBA from Villanova University and undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from Philadelphia University.
