Dr. Wolfgang Fassnacht

Dr. Wolfgang Fassnacht possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles within SAP, where positions held since June 2000 include SVP, Global People Business Partner Lead for Finance and Administration, SVP, Global Head of Talent, Leadership and Learning, and SVP, HR Director Germany, managing HR for 18,000 employees. Prior to their tenure at SAP, Dr. Fassnacht worked as a research associate and lecturer at Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg, specializing in Economic and Social History. Dr. Fassnacht holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in History and a Master of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Freiburg, as well as Trinity College, Dublin.
