Erica McCarthy

Erica McCarthy is an experienced professional with a strong background in cloud retention and account management, having held key positions at SAP from April 2016 to April 2021, including Director of North America — Cloud Retention and Senior Cloud Renewal Executive. Prior to SAP, Erica worked as an Account Manager for Emerging Technology Renewals at immixGroup from July 2013 to March 2016.
