Eugene Chung has extensive experience in legal counsel and strategic licensing, having worked at SAP from 2012 to 2019 as the Director of Global Licensing, where they led negotiations for key inbound license deals and supported cloud business incubation efforts. Prior to SAP, they held positions at SumTotal Systems as Senior Corporate Counsel, and Fenwick and West LLP as an Associate, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Eugene also served as an Attorney at Stein & Lubin LLP, providing legal advice on complex commercial transactions. They obtained a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and a BA in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
