Fausto Brembilla

Fausto Brembilla has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management, currently serving as SVP - Global HR Service Delivery Head at SAP since April 2010. In this role, Fausto oversees global HR service delivery, total rewards, and base pay programs. Previously, Fausto held various positions at SAP Italy, including Total Rewards Manager and C&B Manager/HR BP, from January 2002 to December 2009. With earlier experience as an HR Business Partner at Compaq Computers from 1999 to 2001 and in R&D at Hewlett-Packard from 1993 to 1999, Fausto Brembilla has built a robust career in HR.
