Frank Shi

Frank Shi is a Business Manager at SAP, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of the adoption of SAP Data&AI products since 2022. They began their career at SAP in 2007 as a junior support consultant, progressively advancing through roles such as Service Manager, Lead of SAP EDW Integration Team, and Solution Architect, accumulating over eight years of experience in business analytics and data warehousing. With a strong foundation from a Master of Science in Project and Program Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Frank has developed expertise across multiple industries, including finance and retail.
