Giorgio Zaccarian

Giorgio Zaccarian is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in cloud operations and service management across various industries. Currently serving as VP Head of SPM Cloud Operations at SAP since April 2021, Giorgio oversees the delivery of Cloud Operations for the SPM application, focusing on service level agreements, release management, financial oversight, and infrastructure modernization. Prior roles at SAP Hybris included leadership positions in Cloud Operations and Strategy, enhancing service delivery and operational excellence. Giorgio's career includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services, RHEA, Wärtsilä, Capgemini, EDS, and Serco SpA, where responsibilities ranged from datacenter operations to corporate IT service management. Giorgio holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the London School of Business and Finance and a degree in Physics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
