Hazel Schwardt

Hazel Schwardt is an IT Security & Compliance Manager with extensive experience in programming and software development. They worked as an Analyst Programmer at IT3 Educational Systems from 1999 to 2007 and held positions as a Software Developer at Ackermans and Santam Insurance. Hazel also served as an Information Technology Consultant at Rössing Uranium Ltd. in 1998 and was a Project Manager at Psybergate Cape Town from 2007 to 2011. Most recently, Hazel held various leadership roles at SAP, including Head of Software Asset Management and Head of IT Security Culture & Vulnerability Management, from 2017 to 2022.
