Henrietta Marsh-Smith is the Services Engagement Chief Expert for Sovereign Alliances at SAP and has extensive experience in agile transformation, having led large-scale agile technology programs across various industries such as Energy, Manufacturing, and Banking. With a Master's in Software Project Management and a history of advising organizations on agile operating models and large-scale transformations, Henrietta has significantly contributed to the field through training and consultancy roles at NTT DATA UK, where they currently serve as the Enterprise Agility Practice Lead. Additionally, Henrietta holds a BSc in Biology and Sustainable Development from the University of Bristol and a Diploma with Distinction from Leiths School of Food and Wine. Their career has consistently focused on improving technology delivery through agile methodologies and practices.
