Inês Lacerda

Inês Lacerda is a Cloud Developer Specialist at SAP with over three years of experience in Cloud and AI development. With a strong academic background including a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Aalborg University and a focus on Human-Computer Interaction, Inês has contributed to innovative projects like the first Portuguese text-to-sign language translator during their master's thesis. Previously, Inês worked in various roles, including as a web designer and developer at VA Media and a member of the technical department at JUNITEC, where they gained valuable skills in web development and project management. Currently, Inês is responsible for developing AI and automation use cases tailored to customer needs at SAP.
