With extensive experience as corporate counsel for Fortune 500 high-tech clients, they have excelled in commercial transactions, technology licensing, and corporate governance. Joyce has served as Director and Vice President for the Bellevue School District, where they focused on equity and inclusion initiatives during their tenure. They are currently the Senior Director for the Americas Transaction Risk Management Team at SAP, where they co-established a global compliance team. Joyce holds degrees from Harvard University, New York University School of Law, and is a Rotary International Visiting Scholar at National Taiwan University.
