Katharina Schäfer

Katharina Schäfer currently holds the position of Vice President and Global Head of University Alliances at SAP, a role focused on inspiring and engaging students while fostering collaborations with universities and research organizations since April 2017. Prior to this, Katharina served as an A&D Senior Solution Manager at DLR and as an Assistant to the Member of the Executive Board in Aeronautics. Additionally, experience includes working as a Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University within the Institute of Aerospace Systems. Katharina's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Aeronautics and dual Diplom degrees in Industrial Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering, all from RWTH Aachen University, complemented by studies at Imperial College London.
