Krestina's earlier career includes roles as a Product Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and General Manager at Rubike GmbH. They earned an MBA from Universität Mannheim and a Master’s Degree from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. In addition to their professional endeavors, Krestina serves as the Deputy Chairman of ADFC Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club e. V., contributing to a prominent cycling community in Germany.
