Lalitha Vallabhaneni

Lalitha Vallabhaneni is a Solution Advisor Associate at SAP, starting in March 2024, with previous experience as an Analytics Consultant at Avvale from July 2021 to March 2024. Lalitha served as a Varsity Coxswain for Rutgers Women's Rowing from September 2018 to July 2021, where key responsibilities included developing race plans and establishing performance standards. In addition, Lalitha was the Project Coordinator and Team Leader for the New Jersey Folk Festival from December 2017 to May 2021, promoting the festival's vision through media engagements and overseeing large-scale events. Lalitha also contributed as a Grossman Interdisciplinary Research Fellow at Rutgers University in early 2020, collaborating on research related to Cryptozoology. Previously, Lalitha worked as a Beauty Writer for Abhati GmbH between May 2017 and November 2019, creating content and marketing narratives for luxury products. Lalitha graduated from Rutgers Business School in 2021.
