Lutiere Noetzold

Lutiere Noetzold is an experienced IT professional with a background in both public and private sectors. Lutiere began as an IT Technician at Prefeitura Municipal de Parobé, focusing on computer maintenance and internal system support. Subsequently, Lutiere worked as an Engineering Intern at HT Micron Semicondutores Ltda, contributing to production line oversight and product development while gaining insights into nanotechnology. Lutiere later joined SAP, where participation in the Global Vocational Training Program provided exposure to various business areas. As a BW Support Engineer, Lutiere led the Employee Engagement Team for the Support Center in Brazil and engaged with the Employee Sounding Board to address workplace improvements. Lutiere also served as a BW Support Intern, developing customer support skills through project participation. Lutiere holds a degree in Analytics and Systems from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, earned between 2018 and 2022.
