Lydia Seeber

Lydia Seeber is a Corporate Functions and Operations enthusiast with extensive experience in the HR and analytics sectors. Lydia worked at Mercedes-Benz AG as a Team Assistant in Marketing/Communications in 2006, and later at SAP, where Lydia served in various roles including Global Head of People & Resources Analytics and is currently the Global Head of Employee Experience and Insights. In these positions, Lydia has focused on building team structures, redefining processes, and implementing innovative employee survey infrastructures.
