Madhu Sridharan

Madhu Sridharan currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Cloud Operations and Services for SAP Success Factors, with additional responsibilities as Vice President for Cloud Operations, Services, and Support at SAP Customer Experience, overseeing SAP's CX portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction, operational SLAs, budgets, and employee engagement. Prior to SAP, Madhu held various positions at Amazon Web Services, including Regional Infrastructure Operations Manager in Germany and Datacenter Operations Manager in Frankfurt, where management of interdisciplinary teams and technical operations was key. Earlier experience includes roles at T-Systems International Gmbh as a Senior Technical Architect and at Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a manager of distributed systems and senior systems engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Maryland, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, and a B.Engg in Engineering from the University of Madras.
