Maggi DePaul has extensive experience in consulting and customer experience management, beginning with IBM Global Business Services from April 2011 to October 2013 as a Senior Consultant, where leadership in Sales Order Management testing for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals was demonstrated. Following this, Maggi held the role of Managing Consultant for Johnson & Johnson since October 2012, overseeing global template design for customer master data and leading activities related to data conversion. Additional roles include a Consultant position with ConvaTec, focusing on Sales and Distribution processes, and various leadership positions at Infogix, Inc. and DATUM LLC. From December 2019 to September 2022, a series of roles at SAP such as Senior Customer Engagement Executive and Vice President of Enterprise Customer Success were undertaken. Maggi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, achieved in 2008.
