Merilis Rusch is a dedicated Product Manager with extensive experience in project management and IT-related fields. They began their career as a Developer and Planning Analyst, gradually advancing to manage projects of varying sizes and scopes. Merilis has honed skills in global project planning, stakeholder communication, and quality improvement, effectively leading distributed teams and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication and a Graduate degree in IT Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
