Michael Wiedemann

Michael Wiedemann is the Head of Export Control Operations at SAP, where they have been actively engaged since 2022. With extensive experience in the computer software industry, they previously served as the Vice President of Data Protection Operations and held various roles, including Chief Security Officer AGS and Deputy Data Protection Officer. Known for their expertise in Operational Data Protection and Data Protection Management Systems, Michael co-authored the "Praxisleitfaden für Datenschutzmanagementsysteme" and is a regular trainer and speaker at data protection seminars. Michael holds a Diploma in Economics with a focus on Information Technology, Controlling, and Marketing from Fachhochschule Offenburg - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Medien.
