Mike Szabo

Mike Szabo is a distinguished finance expert at SAP, holding the position of Chief Expert in SAP Finance Product Management for the IFRS Center of Competence since July 2006. Szabo specializes in driving innovations in finance and accounting, including transactional consolidation, cash accounting, and sustainability reporting. Prior roles include leadership positions in the Global IFRS 15 Center of Excellence, where support for customer adoption of new revenue recognition standards was emphasized. Szabo's background also encompasses significant contributions to the implementation of various revenue recognition policies and practices, alongside experience at DaimlerChrysler in accounting for provisions.
