Omar Salama

Omar Salama is an experienced product leader currently spearheading AI initiatives at SAP SuccessFactors, where they lead the vision, strategy, and execution for generative and agentic AI projects. Previously, they contributed to NASA as a Graduate Research Assistant, enhancing data processing algorithms for satellites, and worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2015 to 2020, developing advanced communication systems and building hardware prototypes. With an MBA from London Business School and a strong foundation in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Omar has also held positions at SAP and Cloudflare, focused on product management and strategy.
