Osiris Sarabia is a seasoned Corporate and Administrative Lawyer with experience in both the government and private sectors. They have specialized in Public Contracts and Procurement Processes, including Construction Agreements with various government entities at federal, state, and municipal levels. Throughout their career, Osiris has provided legal counsel on corporate matters, including company incorporations, mergers, and acquisitions, while also excelling in drafting and reviewing agreements across diverse sectors. Currently, they serve as Senior Legal Counsel at SAP, focusing on software licensing and cloud services agreements. Osiris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from ITESM and a Master’s in Administrative Law from Universidad Panamericana.
