Reuben D'Mello

Reuben D'Mello serves as Director HR for Global Leadership & Organizational Development at SAP, leading data-driven cultural initiatives that transform SAP's leadership culture and enhance organizational effectiveness. With previous experience as HR Lead for Enterprise Businesses at Accenture, Reuben managed HR functions for over 4,500 employees and successfully integrated an 800-employee acquisition in Mauritius. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Infosys, where contributions led to the "Best Managed Unit" recognition, and serving as Placement Coordinator at Goa Institute of Management. Reuben holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Goa Engineering College, along with professional coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International.
