Rich Glass

Rich Glass is an experienced professional in integrated business planning and customer service management, currently serving as a Solution Advisor at SAP since October 2019. Prior to this role, Rich held various senior leadership positions at Pinnacle Foods and Conagra Brands, focusing on the Order-To-Cash process and ERP system implementation, ultimately overseeing customer service operations for a $4 billion company. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as Vice President of Customer Services and Enterprise Planning at Pinnacle Foods and leadership positions at Vlasic Foods International and Philip Morris International, Rich has demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements and enhancing supply chain programs.
