Sammar Farooqi

Sammar Farooqi is a technology executive with extensive experience in cloud and AI strategy, having held leadership positions across various prestigious organizations, including Philips Electronics, SAP, and IBM. They are currently the VP of Strategy, Cloud Innovation & Business Development at SAP, where they focus on driving transformative results. Sammar also has a strong background in retail and consumer industries, having served as the Vice President of Retail Digital Transformation & IT Strategy at Al Tayer Group and as a Management Consultant at Deloitte. They hold a B.Sc (Hons) from Aston University, an M.Sc from Sheffield Hallam University, and completed the CIO Academy at the University of Oxford.
