Sara Margalus

Sara Margalus is a prominent keynote speaker, author, and consultant specializing in workplace violence prevention, active shooter awareness, and threat management. They currently serve as the founder of Sara McGuire Consulting, where they focus on personal transformation and strategic consulting for high performers and organizations. Sara has extensive experience, including roles as a Senior Military Analyst for Alion Science and Technology and as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and two Bachelor’s degrees from Norwich University, and are active on the board of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board at the same institution.
