Shiva Ramasamy

Shiva Ramasamy is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Principal Business Process Consultant and Technical Lead at SAP, focusing on Premium Hub CoE Hybrid Operations since January 2018. In this role, Shiva leads teams in delivering engineering services globally and proposes comprehensive solutions to address customer SAP operational challenges. Prior to SAP, Shiva worked at Infosys from October 2011 to December 2017 as a Test Engineer, where responsibilities included team leadership, account management, and the preparation and review of test plans and scripts. Shiva holds a Master of Science in CyberSecurity and a Postgraduate Degree in Cyber Security from the National College of Ireland, along with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from NMS S.Vellaichamy Nadar College.
