TJ Keitt serves as the Vice President of Experience Design at SAP since August 2021. Prior to this, TJ accumulated extensive experience at Forrester from July 2007 to August 2021, holding various roles including Principal Analyst, Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Researcher. TJ's career began at Applied Marketing Science from January 2005 to June 2007 as an Analyst. TJ holds a Master's degree in Applied Communication Research and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, both from Boston University.
