Tom Varughese, MBA, is an experienced professional in payroll and accounting with a strong focus on optimizing payroll technology and processes. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Product Owner at SAP since March 2015, Tom has been pivotal in transforming payroll strategies to enhance customer service and streamline operations. Prior roles include Head of North America Payroll and Global Payroll Technology Strategist at SAP, Consultant at Metamark Genetics, Tax Compliance Manager and Payroll Manager at Endo Health Solutions Inc, and Tax Consultant at S Philip & Co. Tom holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Accounting from Chestnut Hill College.
