Travis Hoadley

Travis Hoadley is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in talent management and workforce strategy. Currently serving as Industry Executive Advisor at SAP since September 2025, Hoadley previously held the role of Chief Human Capital Officer and Director of Human Resources at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where responsibility included overseeing talent management for over 50,000 employees.
