Narith Panh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Narith began their career in 1999 as a Programmer/Data Analyst at RTNielson Company, where they programmed telephone surveys and analyzed data. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Synovate in roles such as Account Group Manager, Senior Study Director, and Data Analyst, where they programmed questionnaires and conducted pricing studies. At Dynamic Research Solutions, LLC, they served as a Client Services Director from 2009 to 2013.
In 2013, Narith joined Ipsos North America as a Director and later became a Vice President at Ipsos Marketing US in 2015. In these roles, they specialized in brand strategy, growth, and product development, focusing on automotive and technology sectors. Narith led an automotive research team to achieve three consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth.
Following their time at Ipsos, Narith took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Dragonfly Wellness Pharmacy in 2020. Narith led a team dedicated to empowering patients and disrupting healthcare management through medical cannabis. Narith later joined Sapa Investment Group as the Chief Strategy Officer, where they focused on community development and managed successful businesses.
Most recently, Narith has assumed leadership positions at Dragonfly. Narith first served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2023, overseeing operational strategy and scaling operations in the medical cannabis industry. Narith is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Dragonfly, where they foster internal alignment and focuses on external marketing dynamics, customer needs, and general buyer behavior. Narith manages prospect and opportunity pipelines and converts them into secure revenue streams for the company.
Narith Panh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administrations from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, for the period between 2004 and 2006.
