Lisa Heeb

Lisa Heeb currently serves as General Counsel at Saphyre, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Lisa held the role of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Verisk Analytics, Inc. from October 2016 to February 2022, where Lisa managed a global legal team and advised on a range of legal matters, including intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Lisa was a Partner at McCarter & English, LLP, specializing in corporate, securities, and business transactions from October 2002 to September 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Krugman & Kailes LLP and as a Manager in the Environmental Department at AIG. Lisa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
