Selina Turfus

Selina Turfus, a seasoned professional, has an extensive work experience in the field of design. Selina is currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Surgery Hero since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Love Home Swap from November 2021 to February 2023. Selina also worked as a Senior Product Designer at Reed.co.uk from December 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they served as a UX Designer at Fuse Universal from January 2019 to November 2019 and as a Senior UX Designer at Cylo from July 2018 to January 2019. Selina gained experience as a UX/UI Designer at Hive Learning from February 2016 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a UX/UI Designer for various companies including Academy of Financial Trading, Shaw Academy, PipIndex from March 2015 to November 2015, Digital Designer at Sweaty Betty from November 2013 to March 2015, and Designer & Web Developer at Delegate Select from April 2013 to November 2013. Selina started their professional journey as a Graphic/Web Design Intern at Delegate Select from March 2012 to March 2013. Additionally, Selina served as a Social Media/Creative Assistant at Mango Digital from November 2011 to February 2012.

Selina Turfus started their education journey in 2007 at London Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design. After completing this program in 2008, they then enrolled at the University of Plymouth, where they studied Design: Illustration and obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors (BA Hons) degree. Selina attended the University of Plymouth from 2008 to 2011.

In 2012, Selina Turfus furthered their education by enrolling in two short courses at City, University of London. The first short course focused on Building User Interface with CSS3 and HTML5, while the second course centered around Digital Marketing. Both of these courses were completed in the same year, 2012.
