Westley Ducote has more than 16 years of work experience. Westley started as an apprentice at J&L Auto Body in 2005 and worked up to the position of Shop Foreman. In 2011, they moved to Bosch USA, where they worked as a Set-Up Mechanic/Maintenance Mechanic for Common Rail Injector (CRIN) until 2016 and later transitioned to a new role to help in the machine moving and reinstallation process. In 2016, they joined WABCO as a Set-Up Mechanic for Air Disc Brake (ADB) for SW machines. Westley worked as a PAM Manager for ZF Group from 2021 to 2022, where they oversaw the physical assets and managed projects. Westley started at Sapience Automation as an Engineering Technician (part time), responsible for evaluating, engineering both mechanical and electrical circuits, building and modifying machine bases and structures, and drafting and installing machine guarding for operator safety. When Westley was hired as full time to the Automation Assembly Manager role, where they oversee shop operations, manages resources, meets project timelines, and manages the project budget.
Westley Ducote attended Fort Dorchester High School from 2001 to 2005. Westley received their High School diploma during this time. During his high school education, he attended the Dorchester County Career School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an Auto-Body Completion Certificate. Westley's field of study at the Career School was Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician.
