Jerel Gonzales

Jerel Gonzales has had multiple work experiences in various roles. Jerel started their career as a Sales Associate at 16 Handles from July 2015 to October 2017. From July 2018 to May 2020, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Binghamton University, where they supported graduate student work in purification, synthesis, and biophysical studies. During the same period, they also worked as a Math Tutor for the Binghamton Enrichment Program. In September 2020, they joined RB as an R&D Operations Assistant for Lysol, where they worked until January 2021. Starting in January 2021, they joined Sapience Therapeutics, Inc. as a Research Technician, responsible for synthesizing and purifying peptides using HPLC. Later, in December 2022, they were promoted to the role of Research Associate at the same company.

Jerel Gonzales pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University, completing this program from 2016 to 2020.
