Amandeep Sabharwal, ARM, currently serves as a Business Solutions Specialist at Sapiens since July 2025, focusing on integrating Pre-Sales insights with product realities in the Insurtech sector. Prior to this, Amandeep worked as a Business Analyst at AdvantageGo from June 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included analyzing and optimizing insurance operations and collaborating with UX and Design teams. Earlier experience includes various roles at AXA XL, where Amandeep held positions such as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager from October 2017 to June 2022, as well as Senior Process Specialist at XL Catlin from September 2013 to September 2015.
