Joanne Collins

Joanne Collins has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Joanne is currently working as the Vice President of Customer Success for Life & Annuity at Sapiens since 2023. Before that, they worked as the SVP of Customer Success at RegEd from 2019 to 2023, where they managed senior level relationships with clients and a team of account managers. From 2014 to 2019, Joanne served as the VP of Relationship Management at StoneRiver, where they represented and consulted on life insurance systems. Prior to that, they held roles at Sapiens, SCOR Global Life Americas, SCOR, Hancock Bank, Union Planters Insurance Agency, and Lincoln Financial Group, where they gained a wide range of experience in various management positions.
