Rinat Barzilai

Rinat Barzilai is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in global financial leadership and strategy. Currently serving as VP, CFO CTIO Division at Sapiens since February 2024, Rinat previously held the position of Head of Global Business Finance at Allot from March 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing financial and business strategy, operations, and the establishment of a sales commission program. Rinat's career includes significant roles at Gilat Satellite Networks as Assistant VP Head of Global FP&A Business and Treasury, Comverse Technology, Inc. as Assistant VP of the Global Services Group, and various finance management roles at Israeli Military Intelligence and the Israeli Air Force. Rinat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Economics from The Open University of Israel.
