Theresa Harkin

Theresa Harkin is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the UK HR Director at Sapiens since August 2005, Theresa previously held the position of UK HR & Operations Manager at FIS Software from 2005 to 2011. In addition, Theresa worked as an Associate Lecturer at the Open University from 2004 to 2015, and has experience in various analytical and managerial roles, including Support & Development Manager at AMP and Business Analyst positions at NPI and Bristol & West. Theresa holds multiple degrees from The Open University, including an MSc in Human Resources, an MA in Education, and an MBA in Business, as well as a BEd in Mathematics from the University of Exeter.
