Brian Cohn

Brian Cohn has held a variety of positions in the engineering services and customer success industries. In 2002, they began their career with various roles. In 2008, they joined ABM Engineering Services as an Operations Manager and a Maintenance/Project Sales Executive. In 2012, they moved to Hovnanian Property Management as a Property Manager. In 2013, they joined Johnson Controls as a Strategic Accounts Sales Manager and a Branch Service Manager. In 2018, they moved to Limbach Company as an AVP/General Manager - Service. In 2019, they joined Daikin Applied Americas as a General Manager. In 2022, they began their current role as Vice President, Customer Success at Sapient Industries.

Brian Cohn has an ongoing education history that includes a Masters of Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University, which they are currently pursuing. Brian also holds a Blue Seal Refrigeration Engineer's License from the State of New Jersey, a Six Sigma Green Belt from Johnson Controls, a Factory Certified Chiller Technician from York/Johnson Controls - Service Technical Academy, a Certified VSD Commissioner from Eaton, a Property Administrator Certificate from BOMA's Institute (Building Owners and Managers Institute), a Certified Emergency Manager from FEMA - Emergency Management Institute, and a 608 (CFC Certification) and 410A Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
